REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATION: There are no refunds and/or returns on all items. Orders will not be cancelled once they are placed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I stand behind my brand and will help in the unlikely case that a defective or damaged item is sent to you. Let me make it right!
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
